The Role As a People Tech & Analytics Engineer on the People team, you will build the systems, data pipelines, and automations behind how Mistral runs People Operations. Reporting to the People Tech & Analytics Lead, you will turn the roadmap into reality: wiring our HR tech stack together, making data flow reliably between systems, and automating people processes with third-party tools as well as Mistral's own models, agents, and APIs. This is an individual contributor role for someone who loves building. You will spend most of your time in the systems and the data, deep-diving into problems: connecting HRIS, ATS, payroll, identity, and finance tools, standing up the data layer behind our people metrics, and shipping automations that remove manual work from the People team.
