Beschreibung

What You'll Do: - Build and lead the Marketplace Operations engineering team in India, including hiring, onboarding, mentoring and developing engineers. - Define the team's technical direction, lead architecture and design decisions, and contribute hands-on to development when required. - Drive the reliability, scalability and operational health of marketplace systems through effective incident management, observability and continuous improvement. - Lead the gradual migration of marketplace capabilities from the legacy supply monolith to independent, scalable services. - Own critical marketplace capabilities across the complete order lifecycle, including order allocation, supplier management, production workflows, quality control and shipment planning. - Balance day-to-day operational priorities with long-term engineering initiatives, ensuring consistent delivery and continuous improvement. - Collaborate closely with Product, Operations and global Engineering teams to define roadmaps, establish priorities and deliver business-critical solutions. - Establish engineering standards, best practices and effective ways of working to strengthen the overall backend engineering ecosystem. - What It Takes: 10+ years of experience building, developing and managing web applications and backend services in production environments. - 3+ years of experience managing engineering teams, including hiring, mentoring and developing technical talent. - Proven experience building engineering teams
