Briefly Describe the Work: GITI is looking for a Cloud Engineer with cyber operations experience and backend development skills to support the research, development, installation, deployment, operation, maintenance, and continued capability evolution of cyber capabilities to support a General Services Administration (GSA) contract. A successful candidate will have a strong foundation in virtual technologies, networking, and databases, and have a strong desire to learn, grow, and solve problems. Successful candidates for this role must have critical thinking skills, be creative, curious, resourceful, and have a passion for conveying a wide range of information through research leading to deeper insights. The candidate may work independently but participate in project-wide reviews of requirements, system architecture, and detailed design documents. A Cloud Engineer must be able to collaborate well with a strong lean-forward attitude to shift knowledge left, deliver well, and produce quality results.
