About the role Flex is hiring a Technical Program Manager to lead partner integration programs from scoping through launch and ongoing performance. Own delivery across Engineering, Business Development, and external partners, ensuring intgrations launch on time and remain reliable afterward. This is a high impact position offering the chance to shape the foundational technology that will drive Flex’s transformation from a single-product solution to a broad financial services platform. What you’ll do Run launches end to end Launch management: Own the launch plan: timeline, milestone tracker, technical and GTM project management, and escalations when dates slip.
