Lead Developer

We are looking for a Lead developer for our Online Sales team, enabling all digital sales journeys on Telenor.se. You will guide and lead highly skilled developers operating in a complex landscape; balancing team growth, AI adoption, technical evolution, and customer experience improvements. We are looking for someone who holds a deep conceptual understanding of frontend software development, but you will also be expected to do hands-on work yourself.

We believe the correct person for this role and team is both a leader, mentor and a doer.
