You will: Be a part of consulting or implementation team during IT projects for financial institutions, primarily insurance companies. Coordinate larger, Agile implementation projects or act as an independent leader of a project area. Lead complex business analysis, define functional requirements, design solutions and mentor less experienced team members. Act as a Team Leader, Product Owner, Scrum Master or Business Architect as needed by a project. Supervise analytical works across multiple teams on a project. Build lasting relationships with the clients’ key personnel and leaders. Work closely with software develope
