About the role We are seeking a highly organized and execution-oriented professional to join our Executive Operations Team. In this role, you will be the right hand to our COO and will work closely with the CEO’s Executive Operations Partner. This is a dynamic role in a high agency environment that requires swift and pragmatic decision making, an ability to navigate complex stakeholder relationships, and a hunger to build as Factory scales rapidly.
