Beschreibung

Responsibilities Cloud Asset & FinOps Management: Monitor and optimize Cloud Infrastructure costs (AWS, GCP, Azure) in close collaboration with DevOps and Engineering teams. Execute Cloud Cost Optimization strategies (Resource Right-sizing, Reserved Instances, Savings Plans, and eliminating unattached resources). Establish cost allocation and resource tagging governance across projects and business units. SaaS & Software License Governance: Manage SaaS subscriptions, enterprise contracts, and licensing across the organization (e.g., GitHub, Slack, Jira, Google Workspace, IDEs). Conduct regular usage audits to eliminate redundant tools, reclaim unallocated seats, and prevent Shadow IT. Hardware & Lab Equipment Management: Oversee hardware inventory (MacBooks, high-spec laptops, monitors) and specialized dev/lab equipment (servers, test devices, IoT hardware). Design seamless onboarding, offboarding, and reverse-logistics workflows for hybrid and remote employees. Asset Retirement & Write-off Governance: Define decommissioning criteria for end-of-life (EoL), damaged, or redundant assets. Partner with Finance and Accounting teams on asset write-off/write-down workflows, ensuring proper documentation for internal and external audits. Oversee data sanitization and destruction procedures on storage media following international standards (e.g., NIST 800-88) and secure Certificates of Destruction (CoD) from certified E-Waste vendors Automation, MDM & Compliance: Integrate ITAM/CMDB
