Job Description Summary The Student Success Data Analyst provides advanced reporting, analysis, assessment, and decision support for the Student Services division. The position develops and maintains reports and analytical tools using Workday and other approved data sources; identifies trends affecting recruitment, enrollment, retention, persistence, and student success; and translates complex information into clear, actionable recommendations. Working closely with Student Services leaders, College Strategy, Academic Instruction and Programming, Information Technology, and other institutional partners, the Data Analyst helps departments define meaningful measures, evaluate programs and processes, investigate operational and strategic questions, and assess the impact of improvement efforts.

The position supports divisional decision-making while adhering to institutional data governance, reporting standards, survey protocols, privacy requirements, and established definitions.
