The Opportunity As a Senior Program Manager for the Productivity Engineering team at Okta, you will be at the heart of driving strategic business programs, bridging the gap between high-level business strategy, technology execution, and organizational goals. Your primary focus will be leading end-to-end program lifecycles, managing cross-functional delivery, and optimizing performance across the entire enterprise portfolio.

In this role, you will actively lead cross-functional program management initiatives, define core project requirements, and drive complex strategic programs to timely completion. You will align key program metrics with leadership objectives, oversee portfolio health, and support secondary operational areas such as productivity tooling and SaaS license oversight where needed. What You’ll Be Doing End-to-End Program and Project Leadership: Lead complex, multi-stream programs and projects from initiation through execution and delivery, ensuring clear
