Who We’re Looking For We're in search of a Lead AI Engineer to join our team right away. Our ideal candidate brings hands-on experience building and deploying AI solutions and a strong understanding of the rapidly evolving AI landscape. We value engineers who pair strong technical foundations with curiosity, creativity, and the ability to quickly prototype innovative AI-powered applications. Instead of the typical job description, here's a breakdown of tasks and qualities we're looking for in our potential team member: Primary Responsibilities Design, build, and deploy AI-powered applications and services that integrate with existing systems and workflows. Prototype and iterate on AI solutions rapidly, translating business needs into functional AI features within short development cycles. Develop and implement agentic AI workflows (e.g., planning, reflection, tool use) using modern orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph. Apply prompt engineering and retriev
