Job Description: JOB SUMMARY: Envista is looking for a Manager, IT ERP - Oracle Manufacturing to lead the functional health, integrity, and strategic roadmap of our global Oracle E-Business Suite Manufacturing platform. This hands-on leadership role will manage internal and managed-service partner resources while serving as the organization’s lead functional expert for Oracle Manufacturing. The position will partner closely with Operations and IT stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions, resolve complex production issues, and bring greater consistency to a manufacturing environment spanning multiple plants, brands, and countries. Candidates must reside within a commutable distance to both Brea, CA and Irvine, CA, as the office location will be relocated from Brea to Irvine in approximately Q1 2028. This is not a hybrid or remote opportunity and requires onsite presence 4 days per week. PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Hands-On Oracle Manufacturing Functional Leadership Serve as the primary functional authority for Oracle EBS Manufacturing, including Bill of Materials, Engineering, Work in Process, Flow Manufacturing, MES for Discrete, Cost Management, and Quality, along with the supporting configurations that tie them together. Lead solution design, configuration, testing, and rollout for enhancements, integrations, and upgrades.
