Site Reliability Engineer 4 (Cloud Operations Resilience Engineering) Do you love building and pioneering in the technology space? We are seeking Site Reliability Engineers who are passionate about marrying data with emerging technologies to join our team. As a Site Reliability Engineer, you'll have the opportunity to be on the forefront of driving a major transformation within Capital One. What You'll Do: Drive architectural vision for resilient, large-scale production systems Spearhead strategic automation to eliminate systemic toil and elevate platform efficiency Lead crisis management, deep-dive RCA, and define system-wide outage prevention strategies Define and govern the secure, multi-cloud IaC strategy and maturity roadmap Establish organization-wide SLOs, driving accountability for reliability and error budget compliance Serve as the primary technical mentor, scaling SRE talent and culture across engineering teams Own and implement proactive capacity forecasting, cost optimization, and FinOps strategy for core infrastructure Basic
