What You'll Do: Serve as a domain expert and advisor on database architecture, infrastructure design, security posture, and overall data management strategy.

Establish, document, and enforce database operational best practices, change control standards, and process improvements across the DBA team. Act as the escalation point for high-severity database incidents, architectural risks, and security vulnerabilities, driving swift resolution and root-cause analysis. Upskill and mentor junior and mid-level DBAs to cultivate technical expertise and foster a culture of continuous learning.

Ensure strict adherence to enterprise risk management, SOX, and PCI compliance requirements and change management frameworks. Architect and tune large-scale, mission-critical OLTP database environments to maintain high throughput and low latency. Design, deploy
