We’re looking for someone to lead our PMO team and help Delivery Managers, Project Managers, and Sales deal with less chaos and spend more time on the work that really matters. Salary Ranges: CoE (UoP) - [phone]PLN gross per month B2B - [phone]PLN net per month

Leading the PMO team. You’ll lead a small team that supports Delivery and Sales day to day. You’ll set priorities, define ways of working, and shape how the team grows.

Project reporting. You’ll make sure project status, financials, and risks are visible at a glance, without chasing people for data or stitching spreadsheets together at 5 p.m. on a Friday.

Supporting DMs, PMs, and Sales. You’ll be their partner, helping them kick off projects quickly, keep budgets under control, and spot risks before they grow. Processes.
