The Site Reliability Engineer is a product-focused engineering role within the AI and Operations Engineering team, responsible for designing, building, deploying, and supporting internal solutions that reduce operational toil and improve the efficiency of support and operations teams.

This role helps bring AI-powered capabilities into the hands of support engineers by developing reliable, scalable products and automations that improve incident response, troubleshooting, knowledge access, and operational workflows. The associate will work as part of a cross-functional engineering team to deliver solutions using technologies such as Python, Angular, SQL, Databricks, SSIS, and enterprise AI gateways for secure integration with AI models. This role requires a strong software engineering mindset, a practical understanding of operational challenges, and familiarity with selecting and tuning models for specific product use cases.
