Job Summary This five-week paid internship can be located in Chicago, IL or Richardson, TX What Are Your Responsibilities? The Product Engineering Developer Associate Intern is responsible for actively participating in HCSC’s formal internship program that leverages your skills, knowledge, and capabilities while providing exposure to healthcare, business operations, and professional work environments. Working closely with team members and mentors, the Product Engineering Developer Associate Intern will learn key processes, programs, and technologies while supporting departmental projects and initiatives.
Through hands-on experience, professional development opportunities, and cross-functional collaboration, the Product Engineering Developer Associate Intern will build foundational business and technical skills that support future career success. This role will also need to: Support day-to-day team activities and contribute to research, data gathering, and light analysis under close mentor guidance. Contribute to a defined summer project with structured milestones, regular mentor check-ins, and manager feedback.
