Job Title: Claims Adjuster – Property D&F and Treaty Lines Location: St Botolph Building, City of London Position type: 35 hrs p/w (3 days in the office, 2 days home) Overview: Why Tokio Marine HCC? Job Purpose: The successful individual will be joining a highly motivated claims team working on Property D&F and Treaty lines, which include Property Risk & Cat, Engineering and other specialty lines of business, written in worldwide territories. The role is to ensure that claims are reviewed and settled in a timely and equitable manner, whilst constantly striving to develop and improve service and quality standards. Key Responsibilities Regularly meeting with Underwriters to provide feedback with regards to the structure of their claims issues and related risk information with the goal to improve the overall standard of underwriting in the company Internal liaison with Actuarial, Ceded Reinsurance, Finance and Operations External liaison with Brokers, market leaders and retained
