Position Description Valiant Solutions is seeking an IT Business Process Analyst to join our rapidly growing and innovative team! The IT Business Process Analyst will lead business process analysis and automation for a federal customer's IT risk management and administration office. This senior role designs and improves IT-supported processes with Microsoft Power Platform, SharePoint, and ServiceNow, aligning technology solutions with strategic goals and compliance needs. The analyst also delivers the status reporting, dashboards, and records management that keep risk, audit, and policy work on schedule.
