Beschreibung

OVERVIEW The IT Systems Engineer is responsible for administering, supporting, and continuously improving eClinical Solutions’ enterprise technology platforms and related infrastructure. The position also supports the company’s core technology infrastructure, including servers, networks, switches, routers, wireless access points, firewalls, backup and recovery systems, and hosted services. Responsibilities include platform configuration, identity and access management, endpoint management, application integration, automation, monitoring, troubleshooting, documentation, and operational support. The IT Systems Engineer works across functional and technical areas and may assume additional responsibilities based on evolving business, security, compliance, and operational needs. KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES Administer and support Microsoft 365, including Entra ID, Intune, Windows Autopilot, SharePoint Online, Teams, Exchange, Azure, and other services. Administer and support Atlassian platforms, including Jira, Jira Service Management (JSM), Assets, Confluence and other services. Configure and maintain platform workflows, forms, permissions, roles, groups, integrations, automation rules, and reporting capabilities. Manage identity and access controls, endpoint configuration, application deployment, device compliance, and user lifecycle processes.
