You will join the People & Organization Digital Transformation team as a bridge between HR and technology — deeply understanding how HR works end to end and translating business challenges into scalable technology, automation and AI solutions.You will work across the hire-to-retire employee lifecycle, partnering with HR teams to challenge existing processes, identify opportunities for improvement and turn business needs into clear functional and technical requirements. You will then help take those solutions from idea through design, build and implementation — using our HR technology landscape, automation platforms and AI. The role reports to the Head of Digital Transformation, who is part of the HR Senior Leadership Team, and works closely with the People Enablement Tech stream, FlixTech, IT Security, Data Privacy and HR teams across all regions. This role is based in Gurugram or Bangalore (India), with a minimum office presence of 3 days per week. Given the global scope, regular collaboration with colleagues across European, APAC and US time zones is required.
