This position reports to: Global Head IS Enterprise Architecture __ Your role and responsibilities In this role, you will have the opportunity to define, operate, and continuously improve the enterprise architecture governance framework, standards, and compliance mechanisms. Each day you will ensure architectural consistency, risk reduction, and strategic alignment across ABB ’s decentralized operating model, while enabling local autonomy and innovation. You will also act as the custodian of architectural decision making, standards, and guardrails. You will be balancing enterprise coherence with domain and product team agility, making sure that EA rules and practices are embedded into the organization’s operating model. This role has three/ four people reporting into it. The work model for the role is: #Li_hybrid You will be mainly accountable for: Architecture Governance Governing and operating the enterprise architecture governance model, including decision rights, escalation paths, and review forums. Ensuring architecture choices are transparent, traceable, and aligned with enterprise strategy. Embedding governance into delivery processes (e.g., portfolio, product, and investment lifecycles).
