BT-507 Web Developer Location: McLean, VA **Please do NOT apply if you do not have an active Poly clearance. Those without a Poly will not be considered.** Introduction The Sponsor delivers human capital management technologies and services to the workforce, including data analytics that enable business decisions. The Sponsor seeks to build an integrated enterprise IT support model to drive efficiencies in the talent space and better address strategic requirements associated with learning, training compliances, foreign language development and retention, job advertisements, selection, and performance. The Sponsor requires contractor support to provide end-to-end accessibility expertise, integrating digital accessibility into every phase of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), reviewing, auditing, and enforcing accessibility compliance across UX design, UI development, and application engineering workflows. Work Requirements The Contractor shall work core hours from 0900 hours to 1500 hours. The Contractor shall be responsible for ensuring that all information and communication technology products, including web applications, desktop software, mobile apps, and user interfaces, are fully compliant with Section 508, WCAG 2.1 AA, and Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 39.2 standards.
