Day - 08 Hour (United States of America) This is a Stanford Health Care job. The Program Manager serves as a key business operations and strategic partner supporting Facilities Services' capital construction portfolio. Operating at the intersection of construction project management, project controls, financial and operational analysis, and program governance, this position plays a critical role in strengthening project oversight, improving operational processes, and supporting informed decision-making across a large and evolving portfolio. Drawing from systems such as PMWeb and other enterprise platforms, the Program Manager translates complex project and operational data into actionable insights that improve visibility into project performance, resource utilization, and financial outcomes. The role partners closely with Construction Directors, construction managers, project controls, Finance, and other strategic stakeholders to support effective project planning, monitoring, and execution. Responsibilities include coordinating and standardizing capital financial review processes, analyzing project budgets and forecasts, overseeing resource workload planning and variance analysis, developing project and portfolio dashboards, and establishing consistent reporting and governance practices.
