Application Operations Engineer

Manage general application related tasks and daily operation. Maintain usability of applications e.g. SW updates, execute a working CI/CD pipeline and develop solutions for issues.

Maintain and improve testing monitoring, alerting, clean up and logging of application components Support automation of processes, service deliveries and deployment pipelines Request and manage certificates Arrange access for new users and manage access for existing users to relevant applications. Support issue handling by data and system analysis to find root causes. Measure process performance based on Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and support improvements Document processes and monitor compliance with procedures.

Drive Kubernetes, Docker and Open Shift related activities (migrations, signatures, documentation, ...) Help to implement AI to improve efficiency Work with international colleagues from different departments and cultures. Skills and

Education: Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Preferable Experience: 2-3 years in DevOps and Site Reliability Engineer role or related fields. Language Skills: Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.
