Logistics & IT Systems/Facilities management Specialist (m/f/d) We, EOS - world market leader for industrial 3D printing, are looking for you to support our Operations in Singapore. Your Mission To support day-to-day IT operations including support of onboarding/offboarding of employees Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve end-user issues in a timely and customer-focused manner. Manage IT assets including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals. Act as the local point of contact for HQ or regional IT initiatives, rollouts, and upgrades. Maintain documentation of local IT asset inventory. Assist with local IT procurement, license tracking, and vendor coordination (if applicable). To provide 1st level Logistics physical support in terms of Shipment readiness, 3rd party forwarding liaison and managing incoming/outgoing goods. Serve as the go-to subject matter expert (SME) for Logistics support in terms of Incoming/Outgoing goods and forwarder arrangements. Responsible for Service Tools management in Singapore office in terms of tracking/updating status of tools and calibration due dates; And to manage sending of tools to HQ/receiving tools from HQ Preparation of documentation for Outgoing/Incoming of all Materials/Tools; Support Service &
