Accountabilities
- Develop, enhance, and maintain macOS endpoint security components using modern C++, Swift, and Objective-C++.
- Implement security capabilities that monitor file, process, network, and identity activities to detect and prevent malicious behavior.
- Design and maintain solutions using macOS System Extensions, Endpoint Security APIs, Network Extensions, and interprocess communication mechanisms.
- Build high-performance, concurrent, and reliable software while optimizing CPU utilization, memory consumption, and overall system performance.
- Investigate and resolve complex technical issues through debugging, crash analysis, logging, profiling, and performance testing.
- Develop automated tests and contribute to continuous integration pipelines to maintain software quality and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-platform engineering teams working on shared codebases supporting macOS, Windows, and Linux.
- Ensure compatibility across Apple Silicon and Intel-based Mac systems.
- Contribute to secure software architecture, code quality improvements, and production stability.
- Support the development, testing, packaging, and deployment of security components across macOS environments.
- Requirements: 6–10 years of professional software engineering experience, with more experienced candidates also welcome.
- Strong hands-on expertise in modern C++, particularly C++17 or C++20, and proficiency in Swift, including Swift 6, async/await, actors, and strict concurrenc
