Accountabilities
- You will lead the development and continuous improvement of full-stack platform capabilities, taking responsibility for technical quality and reliable delivery from initial design through production. Design, build, and maintain full-stack functionality across frontend applications and backend API services.
- Own features and systems throughout their lifecycle, including technical design, implementation, release, production support, and incident response.
- Lead architecture discussions and make pragmatic technical decisions that balance delivery speed, reliability, and maintainability.
- Integrate AI-assisted development tools into daily workflows to accelerate implementation, testing, and debugging while maintaining code correctness and quality.
- Help establish safe practices and review standards for AI-generated code.
- Mentor engineers through code reviews, pair programming, and constructive design feedback.
- Collaborate with product owners and QA teams to scope, prioritize, and deliver performant, maintainable software.
- Improve technical planning, deployment pipelines, development tooling, monitoring, and debugging capabilities.
- Promote strong testing practices, including unit and integration testing.
- Participate in on-call rotations, lead incident response when required, and ensure postmortem actions are followed through.
