 Are you ready to join an award-winning global team? We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to drive transformation across the firm. In this role, you will combine strategic business analysis with hands-on project delivery, leading initiatives from discovery and requirements definition through to implementation and adoption. You will act as a trusted advisor, translating governance and operational needs into practical technology solutions while overseeing the successful delivery of software implementations, process improvements, and workflow automation programmes. About this role Lead and deliver business transformation initiatives from discovery and business case development through to implementation, adoption and post-implementation review. Work with Governance Services and wider business teams to identify opportunities to improve systems, reporting, operational processes and workflow automation. Facilitate workshops to gather, analyse and document business and technical requirements, including mapping current and future state processes. Act as a trusted advisor and key liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams and third-party suppliers, translating business needs into effective solutions. Manage project risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies, providing clear reporting
