Product Manager, Compliance Products Job Description: We're hiring a Product Manager to own the roadmap for the trust, security, and compliance capabilities of our agentic AI platform. This is a high-visibility role for someone who has shipped SaaS products inside regulated environments and understands how compliance requirements — for example FedRAMP, SOC 2, HIPAA, GDRP and other privacy frameworks — translate into concrete product requirements, engineering work, and customer trust. You must have real, hands-on experience delivering product features and roadmaps that satisfy compliance and audit requirements as a normal part of your development lifecycle.

You'll work closely with engineering, security, legal, and customer-facing teams in a modern agile/CI-CD environment, translating regulatory and enterprise-customer requirements into a roadmap that keeps us shippable, auditable, and fast. Key

Own the product roadmap for compliance-relevant capabilities of the platform, including identity, access control, audit logging, data residency, and secure deployment models. Translate regulatory and framework requirements (FedRAMP, GDPR, IRAP, SOC 2, HIPAA, and others) into clear, actionable product and engineering requirements. Partner with security and engineering teams to ensure compliance and security requirements are built into the development pipeline.
