You'll own the data foundation that the People organization and its leaders rely on, the pipelines, the warehouse, the metric definitions, and the self-service and support the AI-assisted experiences built on top of them.This is a hands-on build role with real architectural scope. You'll be the person who decides how People data is modeled and governed, and you'll increasingly be the person who makes that data usable not just in dashboards but by the AI tools our stakeholders are already reaching for. What you’ll be doing Design, develop, and maintain the data pipelines behind HR data modeling, metrics automation, and reporting, including self-service analytical layers that let HR functions answer their own questions.
