We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Specialist, Production Support to join our Global Clearing team. This role is located in Pune.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

Experience supporting production applications in a 24x7/always-on environment, including on-call rotation support.

Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills across application, OS, and infrastructure layers; able to drive complex incidents to resolution.

Hands-on experience with monitoring, alerting, and observability (metrics, logs, traces), including defining SLIs/SLOs and tuning alerts to reduce noise.

Problem management experience, including post-incident reviews, corrective/preventive actions, and tracking iss
