Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our Infrastructure team. This internship offers hands-on experience in managing and supporting enterprise-grade compute platforms and operating systems, including Microsoft Windows Server and Red Hat Enterprise Linux. You will work alongside experienced engineers to support day-to-day operations, assist in troubleshooting, and contribute to automation and optimization initiatives. Job Responsibilities Assist in monitoring and maintaining compute infrastructure (on-premises and cloud environments). Support installation, configuration, and patching of Windows Server and Red Hat Linux systems. Participate in incident response and root cause analysis for infrastructure-related issues. Document standard operating procedures and contribute to knowledge base articles. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support infrastructure projects and upgrades. Help manage virtual machines and cloud resources as part of hybrid infrastructure environments Perform basic performance and capacity analysis for VMWare, Storages, and system logs. Knowledge of system monitoring tools (e.g., Dynatrace, Nagios, or similar) a plus Knowledge of Active Directory Services, Certificate Authority and basic networking concepts.
