Beschreibung

JOB PURPOSE A Senior Software Architect provides engineering and architectural oversight of our brokerage applications and accelerate the development of innovative transportation industry products. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Conduct system design activities and review of application module specifications, classes, objects, methods, and other software components. Ensure that architectural solutions meet technical and functional requirements. Mentor development teams to develop, deploy, and maintain mission-critical enterprise architecture. Ensure code quality, proper use of patterns, and best practices. Review and break-down feature request epics to determine the level of effort and sub-tasks. Take part in the recruiting of new team members. JOB REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or equivalent. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES Understanding of microservices, micro frontends, and REST APIs. Extensive knowledge of Agile software development processes. Broad knowledge of enterprise architectures, architectural styles, and design patterns. Understanding of full-stack coding methodologies and programming languages. Experience working with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure). **MAY PERFORM OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED** WORK ENVIRONMENT Standard office environment, usually indoors away from the elements with moderate noise.
