Software Engineer

Analyze change requests and service requests, perform impact analysis, and propose technical solutions Prepare and update Detail Design documents, program specifications and related technical documentation Develop and enhance backend business logic, batch programs and database components using Java, C#/.NET, Visual Basic and Oracle PL/SQL Prepare test specifications and test data, and execute Unit Testing, Integration Testing and System Testing with proper test evidence Support User Acceptance Testing, release preparation and deployment activities, including monthly maintenance and patching tasks Provide production support: investigate incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes and workarounds within agreed timelines Develop scripts and tools (e.g., PowerShell, VBA) to automate routine development, testing and maintenance tasks Collaborate with onshore and offshore team members and the customer to clarify requirements and banking business processes Comply with NEC quality standards, ISO processes, customer security policies and change management procedures Perform any other duties as assigned Job
