About the Retail team In the Retail team, we build the services and experiences behind the buying and selling journey on one of Australia’s largest automotive marketplaces. We’re a team of product engineers: we start from the customer problem, and we own the solution from the interface through to the .NET services and AWS infrastructure behind it. We’re looking for a senior full stack engineer who is just as comfortable in C#/.NET as in React and TypeScript, and who wants a real say in what we build, not just how we build it. What you'll do Design, build and run features across the stack, from React and TypeScript interfaces to C#/.NET services on AWS Own what you ship in production, including reliability, observability, performance and responding when things break Work with product and design to understand customer problems and shape solutions, and push back with evidence when the trade-offs warrant it Drive projects from idea to delivery with minimal direction, making and documenting sound design decisions along the way Mentor junior engineers through pairing, code review and feedback Be involved in all aspects of software engineering practice, including breaking down work, code review, testing, source control and build processes Create and enhance team culture by sharing your knowledge and ideas, and by giving and receiving constructive feedback Требования: What we're looking for Senior experience as a full stack engineer, with real depth in both C#/.NET services and Reac
