Senior Engineering Manager

About the Role We're looking for a Senior Engineering Manager to lead two squads: and . Platform owns the foundation every product squad builds on: infrastructure, CI/CD, observability, identity/auth and developer tooling. Integrations connects Super Dispatch with partners and third-party systems.

Reporting to the CTO, you'll set technical and product direction for both teams, run delivery and grow your engineers, while staying hands-on in the code. What You'll Do Execution & delivery Act as product owner for Platform and Integrations work: gather needs from product squads and partners, prioritize them and turn them into a clear roadmap. Turn requirements into well-scoped, sequenced work, and set and hold delivery milestones for both teams.

Track team health at each stage of the SDLC; unblock bottlenecks and adjust process as needed. Keep both teams aligned with other Engineering squads, and communicate roadmap, trade-offs and risk clearly to Product, Engineering and other stakeholders. Technical leadership Set a technical vision tied to company goals and plan ahead for scale.

Own the technical roadmap for both teams, including strategic tech debt: identify it, size the cost/benefit and drive prioritization. Stay hands-on: write and review code in Java, Python or Go when the team needs it, and weigh in on system design, API contracts and scaling trade-offs.
