About the Role We're looking for a product designer to help shape how people discover, understand, and get started with Base, while helping create a cohesive user experience across the customer journey. You'll work across our website, enrollment experience, and mobile app, improving existing experiences and building new features as we grow. You'll gather customer insights and use product metrics to identify opportunities, understand where people get stuck, and design solutions that improve usability, engagement, and conversion.

You'll take ownership of problems, independently exploring ideas and bringing solutions to life. You'll work closely with engineering, growth, operations, and the design team to ship great experiences and continue improving them after launch. What You'll Do Evolve our top-of-funnel experience.
