About the role We’re partnering with Metso to find a UX Designer for their Data & AI Platform team. You’ll turn complex needs into simple, user-friendly solutions, working closely with developers, product teams and business stakeholders, ideal if you enjoy hands-on design and want to see your work become real digital products. --> Immediate availability required (no notice period) <-- What you’ll do Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows and interaction designs Design intuitive, engaging and accessible user experiences Conduct and support user research, usability testing and design validation Turn user feedback into practical design improvements Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are feasible and built with high quality Contribute to the design system and keep experiences consistent across Data & AI products Apply user-centered design and accessibility principles throughout the process What we’re looking for Experience in UX/UI, product design, or a similar role Proficiency in Figma or similar tools Good understanding of user-centered design and accessibility Experience in user research and usability testing Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders A proactive, hands-on approach and ownership of your work Why you’ll enjoy it Close collaboration with developers, product teams and business stakeholders Real impact: you’ll see your designs become working digital solutions
