Technical Delivery Manager (IoT)

We’re looking for a Technical Delivery Manager to join our Customer Success Team and take ownership of the technical delivery of customer projects for our IoT device management platform. In this role, you will work with customers, Product, Engineering, and Infrastructure teams to prepare, configure, and deliver deployments aligned with product capabilities. You will analyze requirements, identify gaps, coordinate technical readiness, and resolve technical issues during delivery from kick-off to production go-live.

This is not an application installation or infrastructure deployment role. Platform deployment and infrastructure operations are handled by Engineering and Infrastructure teams. Your responsibility is to ensure each project is technically ready, properly configured, and delivered within scope and timeline, including resolution of technical issues across stakeholders .

We are looking for a technically strong and customer-oriented person who has: 3+ years of experience in technical delivery, implementation, system integration, or technical support for IT systems Strong understanding of networking and security concepts, including TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS, TLS, VPNs, firewalls, routing, and PKI Experience working with customer infrastructure, remote access setup, and troubleshooting in production or pre-production environments Experience configuring enterprise applications according to customer requirements and product capabilities Strong troubleshooting skills
