Job Description: Cortina Solutions is seeking an IMS / EVMS Surveillance Specialist to support the U.S. Coast Guard Offshore Patrol Cutter (OPC) Program Resident Inspection Office (PRO) in Mobile, Alabama. This position provides schedule analysis, Earned Value Management (EVM) surveillance, and production progress assessment support for shipbuilding program oversight activities.

The selected candidate will analyze Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), validate contractor-reported performance metrics, and support program leadership with cost, schedule, and risk visibility across OPC construction efforts.
