Globe Life is looking for a Sr IT Programmer Analyst Mainframe to join the team! In this role, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle development, deployment, and ongoing support of mainframe-based applications that serve the operational and strategic needs of a life and accident insurance company. You will apply expert-level proficiency in mainframe technologies to design, build, and maintain complex systems supporting critical business functions such as policy administration, claims processing, and underwriting.

This role also serves as a subject matter expert and mentor, collaborating with business clients, IT leadership, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions. This is a remote / work-from-home position. What You Will Do: Coordinate with business clients and IT personnel to analyze system requests, develop technical specifications, and deliver solutions for new development projects and maintenance of existing mainframe-based applications.
