Job Title: Senior Data Engineer Location: McLean, VA Duration: 7 Months Pay Rate: $75 - $85/HR (W2 Only) Job/Role Description: We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and data processing solutions within a large enterprise environment. Develop, implement, and optimize data engineering solutions using Python, Scala, SQL, and AWS technologies. Design, build, and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines to support data integration, transformation, and processing.

Utilize AWS services, including EMR and Glue, to develop and manage cloud-based data processing solutions. Develop and integrate REST APIs to support data exchange between applications and systems. Build and maintain real-time data streaming solutions using Apache Kafka.

Write, optimize, and troubleshoot complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable data solutions. Ensure data quality, integrity, performance, and scalability across data platforms.

Troubleshoot and resolve data pipeline issues while identifying opportunities for performance improvements. Support enterprise data engineering initiatives and contribute to the development of efficient, scalable data architectures. Required
