The Role We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to work closely with development teams to build, operate, and continuously improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows. This is a hands-on role focused on enabling fast, reliable delivery of applications running on OpenShift/Kubernetes, with strong ownership of CI/CD and release processes. Key

Own and manage CI/CD pipelines end-to-end (design, implementation, maintenance) Work directly with development teams to integrate build, test, and deployment processes Package and deploy applications using Helm on OpenShift / Kubernetes Build and maintain containerised applications using Docker Support and optimise Spring Cloud-based microservices deployments Troubleshoot build, deployment, and runtime issues Improve deployment speed, reliability, and rollback strategies Implement and maintain logging, monitoring, and alerting Drive best practices around CI/CD, versioning, and release management
