OIC Tech Lead

This role is for one of Weekday’s clients Min Experience: 8+ years Location: Bengaluru, Hyderabad JobType: full-time We are seeking an experienced OIC Tech Lead to drive technical architecture, integration strategy, and implementation for large-scale Oracle ERP cloud transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle ERP Financial modules, database architecture, and cloud migration. This role requires a hands-on technical leader who can collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, and technical teams to deliver scalable, secure, and robust enterprise solutions.

Design, configure, and maintain Oracle Fusion Financial applications supporting enterprise finance operations. Lead the technical design and implementation of Oracle Integration Cloud solutions, integrations, and PaaS extensions. Drive the migration of large-scale enterprise ERP systems from legacy platforms to Oracle Cloud.

Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, product owners, and subject matter experts to review and validate functional and technical designs. Evaluate and validate code, test cases, integration strategies, and deployment plans. Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for ERP modernisation initiatives and ensure successful implementation and release.
