You will work closely with product managers, designers, and data scientists to translate complex requirements into production-ready code, while maintaining a clean, maintainable architecture that supports rapid feature iteration. Your deep knowledge of React and NodeJS will be vital in creating responsive front‑ends and robust back‑ends, with a focus on performance, security, and test coverage.

You will mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and champion best practices across the engineering team, ultimately driving the technical vision that aligns with business goals.
