• Technical Leadership and Planning Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the Regression team on test design, debugging, and automation.
• Translate product requirements and roadmaps into functional and system-level test scenarios.
• Drive test planning, execution, and troubleshooting activities, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Automation Develop and maintain Python automation frameworks (Pytest/Unittest), including instrument drivers and measurement applications (Python, MATLAB).
• Automate Radio Conformance Test (RCT) and end-to-end (E2E) scenarios, integrating them with CI/CD pipelines and Kubernetes-based environments.
• Apply AI/ML tools to improve test generation, log analysis, failure investigation, and anomaly detection.
• RF Validation and Debugging Perform 3GPP RCT and RF validation of radio subsystems, including PA, LNA, filters, CFR, and DPD, using Keysight or R&S equipment.
• Develop and execute measurement workflows for EVM, ACLR, sensitivity, noise figure, spectral emissions, and linearity.
• Investigate complex RF issues in collaboration with hardware, firmware, and software teams, providing technical recommendations and supporting product development.
