Senior Site Reliability Engineer - Connectivity

About the Opportunity We are seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to join the Platform Engineering Segment in the Mesh Team. In this role, you will: Be responsible for designing, implementing and maintaining our service mesh in order to ensure the reliability, performance, and security of our services. Working in this area involves a deep understanding of microservices, service mesh architecture, networking protocols and cloud computing, as well as the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues. More specifically, you will: Design, develop and implement systems, services and solutions, with the aim of improving the security, reliability, scalability and availability of systems in the following domains: Service Mesh Internal Networking Partner Connectivity Secrets Management Service Discovery Take ownership of our service mesh and it's underlying network stack and ensure its optimal performance and reliability Ensure N26 availability by creating monitors and alerts, diagnose, and resolve issues related to the ser
