Capture Roles & responsibilities : Support implementation, configuration, and operational activities for document scanning, capture, and OCR solutions such as Kofax, ABBYY, or equivalent platforms. Configure, optimize, and troubleshoot document classification, recognition, and OCR processes, preferably using ABBYY Flexi

Capture. Work with business and technical stakeholders to understand document capture requirements and translate them into technical configurations. Support deployment, administration, and troubleshooting of solutions hosted on Windows Server environments.

Use SQL for data analysis, issue investigation, troubleshooting, and validation activities. Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot XML and XSLT-based configurations and transformations. Configure and support workflow/BPM
