In this pivotal role, you will partner with executive stakeholders to oversee the delivery of complex technology portfolios within bank's Chief Technology Office, driving strategic initiatives and ensuring seamless alignment across global teams. This is a unique chance to influence digital transformation at a top-tier financial institution, fostering innovation and project excellence. Your main responsibilities: Partner with Area stakeholders, Project and Programme Sponsors, and Transformation Leads to facilitate effective portfolio delivery.

Serve as the primary contact point between Areas and the Central PMO function, ensuring streamlined communication. Support the achievement of portfolio outcomes by aligning projects with organizational strategies. Monitor project progress, report on portfolio health, and escalate risks and issues to senior leadership.

Ensure programmes adhere to Bank's frameworks and standards, maintaining quality and compliance. Assist in annual planning activities, providing advice on best methods and performing health checks on resource demands. Coordinate inter-programme linkages to ensure cohesive delivery within Bank's Technology.
